CDC: Swine flu viruses in U.S. and Mexico match

A flu outbreak in Mexico has killed at least 60 people and sickened nearly 1,000, health officials said Friday. The outbreak has led health officials in the United States to suspect a connection with seven known cases of a novel swine flu infection in California and Texas.
