Aerobics - Life’s Full of Zest and Health
You have probably been told countless times that you need to exercise.
But with deadlines and meetings lined up in your planner you just can’t find a way to
include time for exercise in your daily routine.
But for health considerations and healthy living it is essential that you exercise, if not everyday,
at least few times a week.
One cannot underestimate the value of aerobics.
Aerobics is simply an activity that is long in duration yet low in intensity.
This exercise includes jogging, biking, walking, swimming and aerobic classes among others.
It is important that when you start to take exercise
you start at a low intensity and increase this during the following weeks.
For example, during the first week you go jogging or walking for 20 minutes.
During the following week you may start jogging through shallow hills to increase fitness.
To further increase your fitness level you can increase the time you spend
on your aerobic exercises to thirty minutes and increase frequency to five times a week.
Aerobics is also helpful if you wish to loose weight.
Regular physical exercise is the most efficient way to control weight,
and better for most people than surgery and pills,
Whether you are trying to lose weight or maintaining your figure, aerobics can help you in that goal.
Aerobics is also good for the heart and lungs.
It increases oxygen circulation in the body, thus, allowing the heart to use oxygen more efficiently.
And aerobics is especially good for relaxing tired muscles and reducing stress in your body.
Muscles need a sufficient oxygen supply to create energy, so when you are exercising blood circulation
is greatly increased along with the increase of hear rate thereby enhancing the muscles ability to create energy.
If you have spent your entire day meeting and lunching with clients and rushing to meet deadlines,
then an exercise will feel good at the end of the day.
Blood circulation increases can eliminate body’s wastes.
The blood is circulated caused the increase of waste removal from the body through the eliminating organs.
This is especially important for healthy living.
Aerobics is also good in toning muscles and increasing lean body mass,
decreasing stress and aiding in sleeping.
As for its psychological benefit, aerobics can improve mood and reduce anxiety and depression.
If you want to really tone down those fats and get that figure that you want, you can enroll in an aerobics class.
In an aerobics class, your instructor will show you how to do the exercise and help you choose the intensity
that is appropriate for your level of fitness.
A physically fit person will have a greater ability to meet any physical and mental challenges in daily life.
So get that body moving and sweat that stress and unwanted fat away.
