Wrong diet plans

The reason that you are fat is very simple - you eat "bad" foods, your meals have the "wrong" calories, and you do not eat when you should, every day.

You need to totally change the way you think of your diet. Food is one that can make you slim or fat. Forget the myth that says fattening is because of lack of exercises.

You are fat because you eat food that you wouldn’t have to eat, and more than that, you don’t eat when you should do it! Your body is like an "engine" that needs certain foods at certain times, and if you do not give them, then it will not burn calories and store them as fat. To eat properly and when need is more important than any of the diet pill and even more important than exercises. (Later you learn that to lose weight, should eat at least 3 times a day!) Nothing complicated here, you have gained some pounds simply because you should not eat and when it is not permitted!

But guess what? You can change this easily, eating at certain intervals of time daily. Nothing complicated, it has nothing to do with the pills weak, and not once has to do with starvation.

There are some diet plans which are built up wrong. Here are some examples:

Diets poor in fat: Do you know so-called food "poor in fats, which are sold in the supermarket in the area you?” These foods will actually make to acquire more weight! Even your body needs fat to survive. But not all fats are good! Food poor in fats don’t mean 'weight loss!

Diet of starvation:

Your body needs food to function. To lose weight through a wrong way is actually worse when the weight. When you don’t eat, your body will be starved and will automatically try to protect. Your metabolism will be slowed and the body will begin to store fat in order to fight against "hunger". So, never skip a meal, and if you recommend any diet with appetite suppressant that are high chances that the diet do wrong more than helping you. You can’t loose weight and calories and remain healthy by starving.

 Diet without carbohydrates

Your body needs carbohydrates as needed fats. The idea is to give up “wrong” carbohydrates, e.g. those that refined are actually sugar! It is not sugar that is found naturally in fruits and other such sources. If nature has you put usually it is fine. It's all about what sugar: sucrose, fructose, glucose, lactose, maltose, corn syrup with high fructose content ... most pasta, bread, pastas and other products based on cereals there are all 'banned in the diet of Montignac.
